4 Tips to Healthy Hair.

Hair is something we all have to look after  and also make a priority
just like our skin.

Your hair says a lot about you as a person.  

But it's not easy to achieve healthy hair so that's why I am going to reveal some
easy tips to healthy hair.


1.) Don't towel dry your hair.

     Drying your hair with a towel can be rough on the hair, as your is the most fragile when wet and  
     by drying your hair with a towel can absorb the moisture from your hair and rough up the cuticles
      which will most probably cause frizz and the breaking of your hair.
       And a great substitute for a towel is a t-shirt.

2.) Use a comb and not a brush.

    As we already know that your hair is most fragile and sensitive when wet
    so when your hair is wet preferably use a comb as it less rough on your hair
    then a brush and when you brush your hair it tends to be rough on the scalp
    and it can lead to hair loss.

3.) Use heat appliances sparingly.

     As a girl with naturally curly and frizzy hair, I use my hair iron almost every day.
     But when its a lazy day at home I embrace my natural curls or I braid my hair
     braiding your is simple and is heat free and makes you look neat,
     also, reminder before using a heat iron always use heat protection spray.

4.) Apply homemade hair masks.

     Here are some hair masks:

     Avocado and honey
    For dry hair: olive oil and egg, 
    For oily hair: apple cider vinegar and lemon.


  Tip: Don't run your fingers through wet hair it causes hair loss and
  hair breakage.
